Learn & Practice
“We are dangerous when we are not conscious of our responsibility for how we behave, think, and feel.”
Empathy Circle – Bren Hardt, CNVC Certified Trainer
Bren Hardt, CNVC Certified Trainer of Compassionate Communication, invites you to join a group of learners who navigate the amazing territory of empathy where everyone who receives empathy can experience being seen, being known, being understood, and being appreciated as a human being. It is a place where those who hold space for empathy also receive a gift, the gift of witnessing and resonating with humanity.
This empathy practice space is held every Saturday at 9am Central Time on Zoom. Approximately 10 people attend each week. You are welcome! Come try it out. Register here.

The number one way to become skilled and speak naturally in NVC is to join a Practice Group. Practice groups are the place to go to learn, make mistakes, grow, and integrate with support from peers through the information we teach and live.
